Sada Dumont, LCMHC, MS

Sada is a dedicated therapist and mental health expert with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. As the founder of Heal, Sada integrates cutting-edge therapies with compassionate, client-centered care, offering services like neurofeedback, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and vibroacoustic therapy to support cognitive optimization and emotional wellness.

Sada’s approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. With specialized training in neurofeedback, nervous system regulation, and multi-modal therapeutic techniques, she focuses on enhancing brain function, balancing the nervous system, and promoting overall emotional fitness. Her goal is to empower her clients to experience relief from cognitive and emotional dysregulation, unlock their full potential, and achieve peak performance.

Sarah Adams-Kollitz, Patient Care

Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin and studied Early Childhood Development at Bennington College. After a rewarding career in teaching and non-profit leadership, she shifted her focus to the health and wellness field and is currently becoming a licensed therapist. Sarah is passionate about holistic healing approaches, the mind-body connection, and the transformative benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). An avid lover of winter, she enjoys Nordic skating and backcountry skiing. When not on the snow, she can often be found tending to her garden or bird watching.

Shay Smith, Patient Care

Shay is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach from Craftsbury, Vermont. With a diverse background as a Physical Therapy Aide, collegiate soccer coach, and Certified Rolfer, she launched her Functional Medicine practice in 2020. Shay is passionate about guiding clients toward their personal health goals and is enthusiastic about the healing potential of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Outside of her practice, Shay enjoys playing soccer, performing as a professional musician, and spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their two beloved cats. 

Susie Therrien, Patient Care

Susie was born in Williston and graduated from the University of Vermont Medical School in 1993. She spent nine years working in oncology at Framingham Metro West Center & Shields Health Care before moving to Charlotte to raise her family. Over the past seven years, she has provided independent in-home care for residents in Shelburne and Charlotte. In addition to her caregiving work, Susie serves as an Ad Manager for the Charlotte News. She has a strong interest in holistic teachings and herbalism, and in her free time enjoys hiking, running, yoga, meditation, weight training, biking, and spending quality time with her community, friends, and family. 

Megan Fogarty, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), graduating magna cum laude with a minor in Spanish from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She continued her education at Frontier Nursing University, where she achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA while completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Megan is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

With over two decades of experience, Megan spent 21 years at the University of Vermont Medical Center—two years in Internal Medicine and 19 years in Emergency Medicine. She holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).

After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Megan gained experience working at Northwestern Medical Center and Champlain College Student Health Center. Her growing interest in holistic healing led her to explore hyperbaric oxygen therapy, where she became captivated by its ability to promote healing without harmful side effects. Megan is now pursuing certification as a Functional Medicine Hyperbaric Clinician and is inspired by the profound healing she witnesses daily through this therapy.

Dr. Jenna Scott, Physician

Dr. Scott graduated magna cum laude from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, followed by a two-year residency in naturopathic and integrative medicine at Progressive Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to her formal education, Dr. Scott has completed specialized training in Lyme disease and co-infections with Dr. Richard Horowitz, and in neurodegenerative disorders with Dr. Terry Wahls.

Dr. Scott was introduced to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in 2017 and brings her expertise in managing a range of conditions, including Lyme disease, mold toxicity, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and autoimmune disorders such as Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, and sarcoidosis.
